How do I arrange a delivery date?
For remnants, you can pick your delivery date when you come to process your order at the checkout - see under ‘How do I place an order?’
Depending on the size and weight of the products, the options will vary - find out how we calculate How do I arrange a delivery date? and how our different delivery services work.
For orders containing carpet cuts and bespoke rugs, we will contact you to arrange a delivery date as soon as they are ready - approximate delivery timescales can be found on this page.
NB: The majority of courier deliveries will require a signature, so it is useful to have someone at the delivery address if possible
