How long will my order take to deliver?
Our delivery timescales will vary depending on the product, so we have provided the chart below for you.
The largest or heaviest product in an order will generally determine the delivery timescale - you can find out how we calculate our size/weight categories here.
The timescales for these products vary due to the different delivery methods we use - you can find out more about them here.
Similarly, if one product is out of stock at the time the order is placed, then we would delay delivery until it was sent to us. However we can split the order if you wish and this can speed up the delivery- you can find out more on this page here.
Please be aware that although we have tried to be as accurate as possible, due to the large variety of products our timescales are approximate - it is possible for deliveries to be delayed so we do not recommend booking a carpet fitter or making other major plans until your order arrives.

If you have placed an order for a bespoke rug, we generally say it will take 2-3 weeks to make from the day the order is confirmed, or 3-4 weeks in the lead up to Christmas. This will depend on the size and the complexity of the order - once it has been completed, we will contact you directly to arrange delivery - after this point it will follow the same rules as below, according to its size and weight.
