Our Delivery Services - Overview

Our deliveries tend to break down into two types, based on the size/weight category of the products you have ordered, often the easiest way to find out delivery dates/pricing for remnants is by adding the item to your basket and having a look at the checkout.

By Courier - Size/Weight Category A

(Products where at least one side is less than or equal to 4m, with a total piece weight not exceeding 50kg and under 25m²)

We use a courier to transport smaller products such as remnants and rugs - this service is fast and efficient, with next-day delivery as standard, and is run Tuesday-Friday every week, except Bank Holidays - Saturday delivery by special arrangement.

However, be aware that our courier cannot provide a delivery time-slot and we do not have control of the process once the carpet has left our warehouse, we advise not booking a carpet fitter until after you have recieved your delivery as delays are possible.

NB: The majority of courier deliveries will require a signature, so it is useful to have someone at the delivery address if possible, however the couriers can leave the item with a neighbour or in a safe place if you have provided this information to us beforehand.

By Ourselves/Specialist Courier - Size/Weight Category B

(Products where both sides exceed 4m, or is greater than 25m², or the piece's weight exceeds 50kg.)

Larger products have to be delivered by either ourselves or a specialist courier as they're too big to fit in a standard courier's van.

These take a longer to organise however deliveries can normally be planned within 2 weeks providing it is not a bespoke rug or something we need to order from a manufacturer. (find out more about approximate delivery timescales on this page).
