Are you cancelling your order?
You can cancel your order within 7 working days however you are liable to pay 10% of the product price to cover our order processing fee. If you change your mind on the product and desire to buy another product than the chosen product then we can be flexible with the cancellation fees.

Are you returning your item(s)?
You can return item(s) within 7 working days of receiving it but you are liable for paying the cost of the delivery, redelivery and 10% of the product price too. However, if the product arrived damaged, then you are eligible for 100% refund assuming you signed the product as ‘damaged’ when receiving the delivery. Please note the returning item(s) should be in a saleable condition without any change in its dimensions or usage from its original state. We do not accept returns on custom products such as bespoke rugs unless the product was faulty or not made to specification. Please be careful to ensure the item(s) correctly when posting back to us.
