How to remove blood out of carpet

Loosen the dried blood with water mixed with washing-up liquid and scrape off as much blood as you can. For any that remains, you can either use a WoolSafe® stain remover for water soluble stains or, if you have a man-made carpet, use hydrogen peroxide. This can be found in most pharmacies or online. Dab the product on the stain (hydrogen peroxide will froth when it touches the blood) and then dry off with a white towel to avoid any colour running.
