How long does it take to make a bespoke rug?

Bespoke rugs generally take around 7-10 days to complete depending on the size and complexity of the order - as soon as it is completed we will contact you directly to arrange delivery.

At busy times, such as the lead up to Christmas, it may take a little longer to complete orders - sometimes 2-3 weeks - if you are concerned about your rug order, please do get in touch via phone or e-mail.

Please note that as rugs can take 2-3 working weeks to complete there is no guarntee that rug orders can be completed before Christmas, in which case we would not be able to be deliver until the new year.
