My order is wrong/damaged - what should I do?

NB: If there is an issue with your order on delivery, you can ask the delivery driver to return it to the depot

In these circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably via e-mail with a photograph and description of the issue.

If your product/s are damaged, we will do our best to determine how the damage was sustained and take appropriate action - in the event that it has made the product unusable then we will do our best to offer a suitable replacement or a refund depending on your preference.
