I have underfloor heating, are there any carpets I shouldn’t use?

There are certain carpets which are unsuitable for houses with underfloor heating - this is based on the ‘tog’ rating, a measurement of thermal resistance. This is calculated on the combined rating of both carpet and underlay. As the calculations can be quite difficult, the best thing to do if you have underfloor heating is to contact us and we can let you know the best options for you.
