You are welcome to collect from our warehouse based in Derby. Collection for the carpet order can be available on the same day of ordering, unless you have selected stain guarding and/or require the garment to be cut down; in these cases, we require 24 hours before the order can be ready for collection. If you have ordered a bespoke rug, then it usually takes up to 10 working days before the order can be ready for collection.
