Designer Carpet will be closed between 20 December and 2 January to give our team a well-deserved break. During this period, our phone lines will be turned off but we will still do our best to answer time-sensitive Customer Service and Sales emails.

Can I still order online?
Yes, you can still order online and we will process your order like normal. Please note that all of our suppliers will be closed during this period also, therefore lead times should be based from 2nd January

If your enquiry is urgent or you require pre-sale advice outside of the opening hours above, please email us at sales@designer-carpet.co.uk and we will try to get back to you as quickly as possible.

When will you start delivering orders again?
Our specialist couriers are set to resume deliveries from 5th January. Prior to this date our warehouse team will be getting products checked and ready to send out at the earliest opportunity.

Can I still order samples?
Yes, our free sample service is still available. However, all sample orders placed between 20th December and 1st January will be placed in a queue and sent out when we return from 2 January
